The Ames High School coaching staff is looking for an Associate Girls Wrestling Coach for the 2023-24 season.
Work Schedule: 2-3 hours Monday-Friday for practice. Various nights and weekends are also required for meets and tournaments. Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Assists coaching staff in running a competitive girls wrestling program.
Follows and maintains knowledge of all District policies and procedures.
Abides by strict confidentiality at all times.
Creates a sense of belonging and welcoming environment for all athletes, parents, and staff.
Onsite work required.
Attends work on a consistent and punctual basis.
Assists with other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: A current Department of Education Coaching Authorization is required. Click here for information on how to obtain Coaching Authorization:

Preferred Qualifications: Experience coaching high school wrestling. Compensation: $1,356 season stipend
