The Ames Middle School coaching staff is seeking two Assistant 7th Grade Girls Track Coaches for the 2022-23 season.
Work Schedule: During the season, the work schedule will be 4:00pm-6:00pm Monday-Friday. Longer nights will be required for meets. Responsibilities:
Assists Head Track Coach in running a competitive girl's track program.
Follows and maintains knowledge of all District policies and procedures.
Abides by strict confidentiality at all times.
Attends work on a consistent and punctual basis.
Creates a sense of belonging and a welcoming environment for all athletes and families.
Assists with other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: A current Department of Education Coaching Authorization and the ability to pass a background check are required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience coaching cross country or track at the high school or middle school level. Compensation: $2,374
