A bit about the position:

We have a need for a talented and creative content creator and social media specialist. The role will be responsible for developing engaging content, including video and photoraphy, and managing our social media presence to promote our services, build brand awareness, and attract new clients.

What you can expect in the role:

• Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn for a multi practice plastic surgery group.
• Keep content calendar up to date to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and develop content strategies that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
• Produce high-quality photos, videos, and graphics that showcase our services, before-and-after transformations, patient testimonials, and office culture.
• Write engaging captions and copy that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to our industry.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community.
• Stay up to date with social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to optimize our performance.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos, showcasing various treatments, facilities, and amenities offered by the MedSpa.
• Produce before-and-after images to highlight the effectiveness of treatments and procedures.
• Create aesthetically pleasing graphics, illustrations, and infographics for promotional materials and social media posts.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• High School degree or equivalent education.
• 2-4 years of proven experience as a content creator or social media specialist, preferably in the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
• Proficient in photography, videography, and graphic design.
