Futura Title & Escrow are seeking a Locator 1 to join our team. As a Locator 1, under close supervision, you will be analyzing legal descriptions and records to a database Lot, Block, Arb, QTR/QTR, Section, Township, and Range. The candidate must have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, have excellent computer and administrative skills, and a high degree of accuracy and devotion to total quality, process improvement, and TEAMWORK. This position requires the incumbent to work physically in our Boise, Idaho operation.
