Position: Product Marketing Manager/ Strategist

Location: San Diego, CA

Duration: 4-6 months Contract with high possibility of extension!!!

Pay rate: $85/ hr

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Looking for candidate for Business model transformation

• Project management global level

• More software focused - SaaS product, B2B enterprise

• Manage/ Lead a team

• Experience and understanding of US and international acute care hospitals medication management process.

• MBA with a concentration in Marketing a plus.

• 5-8 years of experience in upstream marketing, general management, business development.

• Ideal candidate will have experience in both upstream and downstream marketing.

• Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement commercial strategies, convert these into tactical business plans and deliver results.

• Demonstrated ability to partner with functional teams to enhance systems and processes to support business goals.

• Critical thinking/analytical capability.

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.

• Strong leadership presence with ability to utilize organizational channels, experience and influencing skills to persuade others of the course of action, facilitate successful project implementation and effective implementation.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.

• Strong learning agility.

• Ability to work across all global regions/functions at both an executive and tactical sales/marketing level.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
