Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. The Main Cashier is responsible for all transactions handled by Casino Cage.

Duties:
These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position)

• The Main Cashier fills/credits with pit.
• Verify drops from the count teams.
• Team member transactions.
• Safekeeping/front money transactions.
• Return chips - foreign currency.
• The Main Cashier is accountability for all cages and windows.
• Jackpots with slots.
• Make and bag all bank deposits.
• The Main Cashier will receive/transfer of coin/chips.
• Responsible for confidentiality of company records.

Skills:
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)

• Cash Handling experience preferred.
• Legible handwriting.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):

• Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license within assigned state of employment and other jurisdictions
• Must successfully pass background check
• Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening
• Must be 21 years of age

CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIREMENT

• Delivers superior internal and external guest service in Boyd Style.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
