WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Assists with supervision of Hot Dog Attendants in absence of Supervisor/Manager.
• Responsible for daily food inventories and on-hand accounts per shift.
• Ensures all Food & Beverage policies and procedures are followed.
• Functions as Hot Dog Attendant as needed.
• Greets guests in a timely manner with a smile and a pleasant disposition.
• Maintains familiarity with menu, preparation of food, and prices.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to increase sales.
• Takes guests’ orders and accurately enters them into the computer/register.
• Follows all cash handling procedures.
• Completes assigned side work and any additional daily tasks.
• Maintains supplies in side stations.
• Cleans and wipes down workstation utensils before and after each assignment.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment as required by the indiana State Health Department.
• Stocks foods in their proper place in food storerooms and rotates stock as necessary.
• Replenishes assigned work station with hot and/or cold foods by transporting prepared foods from the kitchen to the proper area in a timely manner.
• Maintains and rotates dated food stock.
• Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of previous Food & Beverage and guest service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.
• Must be able to tolerate areas with extreme hot and cold temperatures.
• Must possess the coordination and dexterity to use kitchen tools and utensils. 
• Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, crouch, kneel, push, pull, or climb a ladder to access tools as necessary from storage areas.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues. 
• Must be able to work inside a kitchen 100% of shift.
• Ability to stand/walk 100% of shift. 
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English and must be able to communicate effectively with peers. 
• Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. 
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
