Commercial Insurance Specialist (Remote with Training in Office)

Position: Commercial Insurance Specialist
Location: Mainly remote, with training conducted in-office
License Requirement: Property and Casualty Insurance License

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while receiving comprehensive training in our office. The ideal candidate will be sales-oriented, goal-driven, and possess a property and casualty insurance license.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Prospect and generate leads to acquire new commercial insurance clients.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their commercial insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Policy Management: Manage commercial insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and claims.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings to make informed business decisions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records, policy documents, and sales reports.

Qualifications:

  • Property and Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Proven track record of success in commercial insurance sales.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while achieving sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office suite.
