Job purpose

Production Supervisor exists to coordinate production, maintenance, and warehouse personnel to achieve maximum production in a lean production environment.

Duties and responsibilities

• Monitor set up and preparation of equipment prior to production.
• Provide trouble shooting assistance to machine operators and maintenance.
• Assign tasks to various personnel.
• Organize production areas.
• Handling of production paperwork including batch sheets, downtime, and process monitor.
• Understand and ensure personnel adhere to GMP’s
• Ability to make quick judgment calls and be alert to any deviation on the lines.
