AmeriPro Commercial LLC, an industry leading Roofing Contractor, is now hiring a Project Manager to join our Commercial Division. AmeriPro Commercial LLC is Non Union affiliated. Be a part of our dedicated team providing preventative maintenance services and solutions to our customer base. Professionalism, safety and workmanship are key to ensuring a long-lasting impression and customer retention. The Project Manager will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Downers Grove, IL and will be responsible for providing on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of all roofing systems. Travel will be involved across our mid-west markets such as Chicago land, Indiana, Cincinnati, and Detroit.
The ideal Project Manager is: prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and excellent communication. They will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service. The candidate must be able to work some evening hours and weekends if business needs dictate.
Responsibilities:
Roofing Installation and Repair:

• Demonstrate expertise in installing and repairing various types of commercial roofing systems, including single-ply, built-up, modified bitumen, and metal roofs.
• Ensure the work area is prepared by removing old roofing materials, cleaning the roof surface, and addressing any underlying structural issues.
• Implement roofing materials, such as insulation, membranes, flashings, and shingles, according to project specifications and our high industry standards.
• Conduct waterproofing and sealing tasks to ensure the longevity and integrity of the roofing system.

• Take an active role in performing quality inspections to ensure work meets established standards and specifications.

Equipment and Material Handling:

• Safely operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery used in roofing installations and repairs.
• Treat our resources with care and respect to ensure their functionality and longevity.
• Contribute to efficient project execution by assisting in the inventory management of roofing materials and supplies.
• Collaborate with your supervisor or project manager to ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment for each project.
• Documentation and Communication:
• Complete required paperwork, including work orders, time sheets, and inspection reports, accurately and promptly using our in-house CRM.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills by keeping team members, supervisors, and clients informed of project progress, issues, and necessary updates.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $65,000 - $80,000 / year

Requirements:

• Knowledge on Roofing systems such as TPO, Torch Down, Modified Bitumen, PVC, asphalt shingles, coating systems, and metal.
• 2-5 years minimum experience working on and with Commercial Roofing systems
• Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager
• Ability to lift to 55 pounds
• Problem-solving and technician skills to assess and perform repairs
• Computer skills including Microsoft office suite preferred
• Knowledgeable about all safety requirements and compliance
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
• High school diploma or GED required; or certification preferred
