The Keever Group, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a highly motivated Financial Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our lead advisor with client meetings and note taking. This role will allow you to build great relationships with our clients and support a dynamic, growth-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Meetings: Attend client meetings, actively listen, and take detailed notes on client discussions, concerns, and goals.
• Trade Execution: Execute trades and transactions in accordance with client instructions and firm policies.
• CRM Utilization: Effectively use our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to document client interactions, maintain up-to-date client records, and track the progress of financial plans.
• Client Service: Provide top-level client service by promptly responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher
• Two years’ previous experience in a similar financial planning role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other financial planning tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting at $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
•  Competitive benefits package including 401k with a match, PTO and paid holidays. No Medical.
