Job Summary

AS an Inventory Technician at AmeriPharma, you will be responsible for assisting with the ambulatory pump maintenance, pump testing, and labeling of pump and IV pole supplies. Pharmacy Technician license, preferred. Position will report to the Pharmacy Production Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect pumps and maintenance certificates
  • Add pumps to inventory
  • Maintain adequate inventory and appropriate storage of pumps
  • Label pump and IV pole supplies
  • Perform pump testing
  • Review, notate in the patient profile, and communicate with PCCs when pump maintenance is due
  • Call patients to follow up on pump pickups that have not been returned to the Pharmacy
  • Inspect returned pumps for damage or missing parts
  •  Process Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
  • Package pumps for return
  • Clean IV poles
  • Assists in ordering and receiving medication and supplies
  •  Assist with medication inventory
  • Adds medication lot numbers and quantity to inventory
  • Reports damaged pumps, inventory issues, and missing pump loan signatures to the Pharmacy OperationsManager
  • Reports pumps not returned after three attempts
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications 

  • Customer service skills
  • Well organized with and strong attention to detail
  • Multitasker with the ability to handle multiple projects at once

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Schedule Details

  • In-Person (Orange, Ca.) 
  • Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm
