Role Facts:

• Research and Development:

  • Spearhead research projects to identify and implement cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in process engineering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new materials, technologies, and processes that can enhance our products and operations.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Instill a mindset of continuous improvement across the organization, encouraging proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify areas for enhancement and implement sustainable improvements.

• Process Optimization:

  • Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze and optimize existing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and increase overall operational effectiveness.

• Innovative Thinking:

  • Champion a culture of innovation by encouraging team members to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
  • Propose and implement novel ideas that contribute to the advancement of our processes and products.

What Really Excites Us:

• Bachelor's or Masters in Engineering or Industrial Design
• Associates Degree in Drafting or Engineering Technologies
• 3 Years of Work in the Field
• Experience with Computer-Aided Designs, PLC'S, Fabrication Equipment
