Role Facts:

AmeriLux International is hiring! We are looking for a hardworking, driven, team member to join our distribution center. You can expect to be cross-trained through the departments in our DC - giving you the ability to float where needed and eventually being assigned a permanent department that fits your skills and desires in addition to the needs of our Operations team and AmeriLux International.

• Provide direction and guidance for direct reports
• Create and maintain a positive workspace
• Key internal contact for operation related questions
• Cutting material to width and length specifications performing specialized modifications.
• Building crates & skids
• Loading & unloading trucks
• Experience with drill press, miter saw, and table saw and other common tools & machinery.
• Ability to work well with other team members with a high degree of enthusiasm.
• Desire to learn more and ask questions when unsure.
• Assist in counting of physical inventory.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a routine basis.
