Starting pay rate: $70,988 to $88,735 annually, actual rate will depend on experience

The Position: AmeriCU Credit Union is in search of a Digital Marketing Manager who aligns directly with our mission to provide our members with the right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success, and our vision to be the most admired organization in every community we serve. The Digital Marketing Manager will:
- Lead our digital marketing efforts and leverage digital channels to reach and engage our target audience effectively.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve Credit Union objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and member retention.
- Plan and oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns including setup, audience targeting, budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Contribute to compelling ad copies, visuals and videos that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement, conversion, and brand awareness.
- Continuously optimize creative assets and landing pages based on performance data and industry trends.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Manage the credit union’s online presence, including website optimization, content development, and user experience improvements.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals to drive results and foster innovation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with sales, product development, and member service initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and KPIs and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, outlining actionable insights and recommendations.
