Room Attendant / Housekeeping
Job Overview:
The purpose of this position is to ensure the cleanliness of rooms and public spaces. The Room Attendant/Housekeeper position will come in contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions. Housekeeping Associates play an important role for our home-away-from home experience for each of our guests every day.
General Responsibilities:
- Acknowledges and greets guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
- Reviews daily inventory of rooms, arrivals and departures.
- Reviews daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day.
- Cleaning of hotel rooms includes dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, clean bathrooms.
- Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
- Excellent wages starting at $14.00/hr. or more based on experience.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Experience:
- Prior housekeeping and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Must have attention to detail.
- Background check required.
- Be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Great customer service skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
