Hire Direct Inc. is interviewing Maintenance Technicians to join an established manufacturing company in Waxahachie, Texas. As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing automation machinery. Have experience working with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, diagnostics, analyze schematics and read blueprints to determine necessary repairs and preventative/ corrective maintenance.

Work Schedule:

• Monday- Friday 7:00am-4:30pm

Pay Rate:

• $25.00- $28.00 Hourly Rate

General Responsibilities:

• Experience with mechanical and electrical equipment including electrical controls, 480volts, 3ph circuits, pneumatic/ hydraulic systems and motor controls.
• Inspect, maintain and repair equipment and machinery to ensure they’re always in proper working order by conducting preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance.
• Test and observe equipment and machinery using tools and other testing devices to diagnose malfunctions and make repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot automation equipment including lasers, punch/brake press, CNC Routers, water jets machines, etc.
• Maintenance may include light plumbing and HVAC activities. 
• Understand and ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

Experience/Education:

• Do you have 5 years of applicable experience as a Maintenance Technician?
• Understanding and work knowledge in operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• You have working knowledge with electrical controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, HVAC and facility maintenance.
