If so, we have a great opportunity for you as a Social Media / Marketing Assistant in Nashville. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and execute marketing strategies/campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media/content production, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a resourceful disposition.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create innovative campaigns and promotions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, social media graphics) across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Assist in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing events, such as open-houses and demo day events.
• Produce video concepts from project inception to completion (pre-production, production, and post-production phases).
• Prepare, maintain, and set up video and audio equipment on-location for recording.
• Maintain the organization's media system on computers and drives.
• Occasionally travel to capture video/audio content for America’s Motor Sports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing required.
• 1-2 years of experience in videography, video editing, and content creation is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Photoshop
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro) - Final Cut Pro strongly preferred
• Knowledge of basic motion graphics (eg. titles, lower thirds, captions) and color grading
• A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling
• Interest/experience in motorsports is a plus
• Being comfortable on camera is a plus
• Ability to self-direct and be resourceful
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
