The Position: Part Time LPN, Port Jervis NY 12771

The PT LPN will perform tasks and responsibilities in one of our Assisted Living Facilities under the direction of the Registered Nurse. CHHA experience preferred.

Shifts : Saturday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 7am- 530pm

What we are looking for:

• NYS LPN License.
• CHHA Experience preferred.
• Home care experience a plus.
