A week in the life of an Equipment Support Specialist:

• Help meet user and team needs in support of system operation, updates, transport, and training as it related to mission planning equipment, software, or data.
• Set-up, configure, and ensure proper functionality of equipment in support of exercise events, daily operational training missions, deployments, and real‐world contingencies, as needed.
• Help maintain hardware/software configuration management of equipment.
• Help install upgrades and aid in the disposition of equipment.

• Ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance
• Hold an IAT II qualifying certification as outlined in DOD 8570.01-M or within six (6) months of hire
• 0-3 years of experience with computer systems and software with a specific focus on USAF mission planning platforms, tools, and systems.
