Are you an experienced Cyber Analyst? Then we have a great opportunity for you to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, Science Technology and Program Protection (STPP) Division with research.

As a Cyber Analyst you will:

• Support cyber incident damage assessments, policy development, interagency coordination and process development.
• Coordinate damage and risk assessments internally within OUSD R&E, with key stakeholders in the intelligence and counterintelligence communities.
• Review and provide comments of key acquisition, cyber security, defense industrial base and national security industrial base related documents.

A week in the life of a Cyber Analyst:

• Conduct comprehensive triage and analysis of compromised media.
• Perform security duties as assigned.
• Perform administrative support activities as assigned.
• Interface directly with government customers
• Coordinate activities with other government teams and appropriate organizations to produce finished integrated products.
• Evaluate complex data sets and query databases to identify issues
• Develop deliverables
• Perform other assigned tasks to ensure US technology development stays ahead of our potential adversaries

• 5 years of relevant experience
• BS degree
• Top Secret Clearance (SCI Eligible)
