• Organize festival and get venders to their right locations.
• Make phone calls to confirm venders.
• Make and distribute posters for up and coming events.
• Going on line and posting about event.
• Responding to emails in a timely manner.

Details of Admin Assistant / Events Coordinator

• $16.50 an hour
• 7 am to 3 Pm
• part time
• Temp

Requirements and Quali fications of Admin Assistant / Events Coordinator

• Friendly outgoing personality
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements of Admin Assistant / Events Coordinator

• Can lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand stoop, kneel, bend and pull as needed.
