American Woman Swim and Fitness is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Westwood, NJ

American Woman Swim and Fitness / Woman Only Gym

(700 Broadway #46, Westwood, NJ 07675)

Looking for a responsible, reliable, professional and an aptitude for learning at our Front Desk Coordinator to work the front desk and in our sales department.

Applicants will have the opportunity for sales commissions(in addition to hourly rate) after proper training.

Excellent career opportunity for an outgoing, hardworking, reliable, and goal orientated individual.

Must be able to work more than 25 hours per week with flexible work hours who are available on weekday and weekend.

Previous customer service experience is a must, will train the right individual on all other duties. Interest in health and fitness a plus.

Responsibilities:

-Attract new leads for memberships

-Tour and sell memberships to potential clients

-Cash register and receipt writing

-Greet new and existing members

-Answer phones/check in members

-Cleaning

-Computer work

-Maintaining the Gym and Pool

Required Work Experience:

-Proven record in a sales based environment (commission selling a plus)

-Prior customer service experience

-Weekend availability a must

Skills:

-Friendly, motivated, self-sufficient, team player

-Fitness interest/experience isn't required but is a plus

Required experience:

-Customer Service: 1 year

-Sales: 1 year

Job Type: Part-time (with the possibility of full-time work)

Salary: $13 / hour Sales Commission

  • 4 hour shift
