American Water is Hiring a Sales Coordinator Near Round Rock, TX
American Water is a family-owned company and has been taking care of people's water needs since 1987. We strives to provide a friendly and welcoming work environment to ensure personal success. Candidates for this position must possess a bright personality and a desire to interact by phone with new people on a daily basis. You must also have a passion for helping people with a varying degree of questions or concerns as they arise. A working knowledge of Service Titan Operating System would be helpful but not required.
Job Description:
Setting appointments for incoming sales and maintenance calls.
Respond to all emails, phone and text leads.
Provide information and marketing material to leads, along with notes for sales and service associate
Provide consistent follow-up to all leads with the goal of setting the appointment
Entering all leads into Service Titan and appropriate spreadsheets
Job Qualifications:
High School diploma
1 year experience in setting sales appointments
Effective time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
