Job Title: Wiring Technician
Location: 100% onsite, Auburn Hills, Michigan
Client: CTS / Stellantis
What you’ll be doing:
The Wiring Technician is responsible to support the wiring of harnesses and electrical distribution systems and support the inter connection of control modules. Responsibilities include:
- Read and interpret vehicle wiring drawings and schematics
- Root cause electrical wiring issues
- Provide technical interface to the advanced wiring team
- Attend design reviews/coordination meetings
What you need for this position:
Basic Qualifications:
- Automotive Wire Harness fabrication and modification
- Use of multimeter, oscilloscope and other electrical troubleshooting tools
- General computer skills
- Outstanding communication and organization skills
- High school diploma or GED certificate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates in in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Vocational training or certification
- EDS component experience
- CAN Communication Tool Experience: Vector CANAlyzer
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Auburn Hills, MI 48326 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Auburn Hills, MI 48326: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
