Job Title: Director Brand Marketing

Job Summary

The Director of Brand Marketing at ATI is responsible for ensuring that the Marketing Department’s activities contribute to the achievement of ATI’s short- and long-term objectives, as defined in ATI’s overall strategic plan. This position is also responsible for brand management, brand standards, marketing material design, video content creation, email communications, website content development, social media, and effectively managing creative agencies. This position works collaboratively with executive leadership, regional marketing teams, internal partners, and external resources to effectively drive top line growth.

Principal Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develops a cohesive marketing plan in support of ATI’s revenue growth and net income targets, and other ATI strategic plan metrics.
  • Drives marketing plan through a combination of lead-generating digital marketing (email, web, and social media), traditional advertising, events management, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develops and manages an efficient process of intaking a range of marketing material requests from stakeholders across the organization, ensuring proper requirements are obtained, trafficking and tracking design through internal and external design resources, and communicating status with each requestor.
  • Develops branded templates for key communication efforts including presentations, brochures, flyers, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Defines and maintains branding standards and ensures compliance across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Oversees website content and leads social media efforts.
  • Works closely with the Business Development team to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provides marketing copywriting and editing support for non-technical customer-facing materials.
  • Prepares regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for ATI management.
  • Participates in the quarterly and annual planning of ATI’s objectives and provides guidance from a marketing perspective towards the achievement of defined objectives.
  • Directs market research gathering, analysis, and interpretation for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports.
  • Identifies competitors and evaluates their strategies and positioning, and devises ATI counterstrategies.
  • Develops the Marketing department’s budget in close coordination with the CMO/CFO.
  • Builds, manages and coaches high-performing marketing and design team.
  • Other duties as assigned by immediate manager.

Competencies:

  • 7 - 10 years of marketing experience, including managing a creative services team.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing strategies and plans.
  • Articulate and able to communicate creative direction and influence others
  • Organized, detail-oriented and have solid time-management skills.
  • Strong design and copywriting skills and ability to guide creative designers and agencies.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast growth environment.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude is a must (willing to roll up sleeves and do hard work).
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment

Location and Travel:

  • Based in Anaheim, CA at ATI Corporate Headquarters
  • Must be available to work weekends and evenings when required to support weather events/natural disaster response programs.
  • Travel approx. 10% of the time

Pay Range: 100-150k plus bonus eligibility, dependent on experience
