Are you an experienced Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA)? Then we have an opportunity for you to support the Joint Interface Control Cell Resiliency (JICC-R) Quick Reaction Test (QRT).

The JICC-RQRT team will test and validate tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) for JICOs and the JICC to detect, respond, and recover from cyber interference on tactical data links (TDL) that negatively impacts tactical data confidentiality, integrity, or availability. JICC-R test products will support future missions within the DOD and benefit the warfighter with net-centric, Space and Missile Defense Systems products that enhance mission execution of the Combatant Commands and JICC assets.

As ORSA you will participate with a team of diverse individuals to:

• Serve as Operations Research Systems Analyst providing support services to the Task Lead related to the aspects of test planning, test article development, test conduct and data analysis and reporting.

A week in the life of a JICC-R QRT ORSA:

• Support the QRT team in test design, the establishment of measures of performance and evaluation, and subordinate test requirements to ensure proper and successful data collection and analysis.
• Offer risk reduction strategies, and risk mitigation plans, and fully document existing processes, project enhancements, and test results.
• Generate and execute a test plan to demonstrate JICC-R QRT Test Products.
• Conduct report development, and coordinate project reviews with Service, interagency, and combatant command entities as necessary.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research/Mathematics/Statistical Analysis (or STEM) and minimum of 3-5 years of ORSA or similar experience.
• SECRET security clearance
• Knowledge and experience in test planning and design, execution, and evaluation in the DoD operational testing and evaluation environment. Experience in Design of Experiments and data collection.
• Knowledge of parametric and non-parametric statistics, data reduction, data decomposition, data analysis techniques, development of measures of performance and evaluation, confidence intervals, computer analysis tools, and survey test and evaluation methods.
• Familiarity with Command and Control and Tactical Data Links
• Prior Joint Test and Evaluation experience
• Graduate of the ORSA MAC course or Air Force Institute of Technology ORSA credentials
