Are you an experienced Classified Management Control Custodian with demonstrated experience supporting DoD requirements? Join our team in Quantico, VA!

As a Classified Management Control Custodian you will:

• Administer and coordinate DoD and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to staff members concerning all security administrative functions.

A week in the life of a Classified Management Control Custodian:

• May act as Top Secret Control Officer (TSCO) for projects.
• Administers and maintains physical security procedures for visitor control, employee identification, and safeguarding of company facilities, equipment, and materials, and employee property.
• Develops and conducts security briefings and security education programs.
• Provides oversight for programs for the protection of classified information as well as classified information.
• Prepares, sends, and receives visitor certifications. Investigates losses and security violations and recommends corrective actions. Manages the continuing eligibility program for employees.
• Periodically inspects the facility to ensure physical security measures. Knowledge of DoD, Department of Energy (DOE), or other industrial security programs.

• High School diploma.
• 5 years of relevant DoD/IC Security Administration experience.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Possess an analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
• Adept at briefing executives and program IPT level leadership.
• High Proficiency with MS Office applications, including SharePoint..

The salary/hourly range for this position is $95,000- $105.000 Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
