Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases and providing exceptional customer service at our retail location.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals

Skills:
- Proficiency in sales software systems
- Experience in outbound calling and warm calling techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to contribute to business development initiatives
- Strong sales acumen and a passion for customer service
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
- Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is a plus
