We are expanding our operations in New Jersey, and are looking to hire another Installer to join the team. Our installers tackle the following projects: Removal and Reinstall of existing systems (when a homeowner needs a new roof), critter inspection/repair/guard, troubleshooting and more.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience installing and working in solar.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the removal and reinstallation of an existing system. This includes: full inspection and documentation before we start working on it, taking down all panels and racking and storing it neatly, and returning to site once the roofer is done so you can lead the reinstallation. We reuse the panels and rail, and use new flashing (upgrade to RT Mini's, they are amazing check them out if you haven't seen them before).
• Critter work: lift panels, blow out nest, wrap the array in Heyco or SolaTrim depending on customer preference.
• Training your crew- we are looking for leaders that are willing to help train level 1 employees so they can grow to replace you, and you can grow up into a new position over time.

Requirements:

• 2 years solar install experience
• Experience with Enphase, SolarEdge, SMA, Fronius, ABB

Compensation

• $28/hour-$36/hour Depending on experience
