We are a family-owned business that has 14 storage facilities with 2 more being purchased in the next 90 days throughout the Southeast.

We have an opening for Facility Maintenance in our newest addition in Carrollton, GA

We are hiring a part-time person to run maintenance checks on this and be our "boots on the ground" person.

You would have to be able to visit the facility at least one day a week, but may be a few more days especially in the beginning as we stabilize the property.

These are weekly visits to the facility to mann them, clean them out, overlock tenants, fix repairs and perform check-ups.

We would prefer someone that has a truck but not necessary.

This is a part-time position with 8 to 16 hours a week.

Work includes walkthroughs to coordinate with our operations manager which tenants have moved in and out in the software, plus over-locking those that haven't paid, picking up trash tenants leave behind and dumping it weekly, plus any other handyman items needed like fixing doors or anything that is broke. We will train you to do this, but if you are the handyman type that would be great.

Again, we are a family-owned business and have a good group of people working for us. Some have been with us for years. We would love to add you to our team if this type of position resignates with you. You would be on your own most of the time, but every once in a while meet up with one of the owners when they come out to check on things so we need a self-starter and someone that works well on their own not being micromanaged.

• This position is a maintenance position. We have noticed some are thinking it is an office position. I just want to make sure you are aware that you will be driving to our facility on a weekly basis and overlocking or cutting locks, fixing doors, picking up trash and dumping it and/or other maintenance items that need to be done at each of the facilities.
