Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to join our team and oversee the management of our WooCommerce website. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, with expertise in managing WooCommerce platforms, updating content, and optimizing website performance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage plugins, analyze data, and implement strategies to enhance the user experience and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

  • WooCommerce Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our WooCommerce website, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Implement and customize WooCommerce plugins as needed to enhance website functionality.

Content Management:

  • Update website content, including product descriptions, images, and promotional banners, to reflect current offerings and promotions.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of content across all pages and categories.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that drives traffic and encourages conversions.

Website Optimization:

  • Monitor website performance metrics and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement SEO best practices to increase visibility and drive organic traffic to the website.
  • Optimize website speed, navigation, and user experience to enhance conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Plugin Management:

  • Research, select, and install relevant plugins to improve website functionality and user experience.
  • Regularly update plugins and ensure compatibility with the latest WooCommerce and WordPress versions.
  • Troubleshoot plugin issues and coordinate with developers for customizations or technical support as needed.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for increasing conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing WooCommerce websites and implementing e-commerce best practices.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, WooCommerce, and relevant plugins.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience optimizing website content for search engines.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
