JOB SUMMARY:
American Rivers is looking for a part-time Data Entry Clerk to enter financial information into our internal database from electronic documents. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Excel with a keen eye for detail. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Transfer data from Excel, Word, and PDF budget files into an Excel template
• Edit spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Work in the DC HDQ office location in-person
• Fluent in Excel
• Detail oriented
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
