Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food items according to established procedures
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the restaurant industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a bonus
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
