American Pulverizer Company has been a leader in the recycling industry since 1908. We are currently seeking a FULL-TIME Internal Parts Associate.

Parts Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Promote, present, and sell equipment parts to existing and prospective customers.
• Take orders and quote requests for equipment parts by telephone and e-mail.
• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts.
• Process the order(s) and quote(s) in a timely manner.
• Work with customers solving problems and follow through with appropriate solutions.
• Assist and/or coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Perform assignments as directed by management.
• Coordinate and assist in the delivery of goods to customers by interacting with freight companies.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Mechanical aptitude a plus
• Ability to multi-task & handle multiple projects at once
• Self-Starter
• Computer literacy

There is no travel for this position.
