RESIDENT MANAGER POSITION

Responsibilities include Maintenance, snow plowing, and minor repairs of the 17 residential condominium buildings, plus grounds and pool located in mid-Westchester County. Supervision of porters, outside contractors/vendors (including soliciting bids). Knowledge and hands-on experience of building and construction trades, painting and landscaping. Duties include responding to emergencies after hours, weekends, and holidays. Interaction with Board of Managers on status of open work requests from residents and Board, daily reports and attendance at bi-monthly meetings. Computer experience including Word and Excel desirable.
