```Job Overview```
We are seeking a working Assistant Superintendent to join our team. You will be required to travel to work on projects within an approximately 75-mile radius of our main office, which is located in Oldsmar, FL.

Our Assistant Superintendent will oversee project install as well as work hands-on installing products and supervising installers. You will install projects such as canopies, sunshades, handrail, panel systems, division 10 partition systems, storefront and more. You will also be required to complete paperwork daily on job progress, material needs, timesheets, employee reviews, etc. You can visit www.fenwalls.com to view the impressive projects we have recently completed.

```Duties```

• Oversee all aspects of a construction project installation
• Work hands-on alongside your install team on a daily basis installing products
• Ensure proper set up and shut down of jobsite daily
• Complete detailed project progress reports daily
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, project managers, etc.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

```Experience```

• 4 - 6 Years of experience in job-site leadership, superintendent, construction management or other related fields. Carpenter exp., canopy exp, division 10 bathroom partition or glazier exp. a plus.
• Familiarity with construction installation required. Prior experience with storefront, canopies, handrail, glazing, division 10 partitions, carpenter, construction worker, doors, etc. a plus but not required
• Strong leadership qualities a must. Prior experience as an Assistant Superintendent, lead or Foreman required.
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude is key
• Willingness to work hands on alongside staff is a must
• Prior experience as a construction installer required
• Must be comfortable with heights and be able to lift 60 lbs
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have at least three professional supervisor references
