American Precast Industries is a state-of-the-art indoor precast manufacturing facility that currently produces the Redi-Rock Retaining Wall System, Novum Retaining Walls, Recon Light Pole Bases, and Pole Base line of products. We produce indoors to ensure quality control, and so that our products can meet or outlast the life expectancy of each project they are used on. American Precast Industries has an immediate need to increase our Sales Team. We are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial Sales Assistant to market our Precast Products to businesses in Pennsylvania and surrounding states. Applicants must submit to a background check. Sales experience preferred but not required for this position.

Customer Facing Primary Duties:

• Identify Leads
• Contact Prospects
• Make Sales
• Assist in managing current book of business.

Position Responsibilities:

• Must have reliable transportation/clean driving record
• Self-motivated, self-managing, and driven to plan and execute rigorous lead generation activities
• Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage
• Conduct lead generations via tele-sales, online bid rooms, and email marketing
• Introduce products & services provided by American Precast Industries
• Maintain & document all leads and cold calls using our CRM system
• Follow up on all leads, provide pricing, and prepare quotes as needed
• Engage customers to build effective long-term business relationships
• Distribute marketing materials to prospects as needed
• Efficiently manage prospect pipeline to produce the maximum amount of results
• Create marketing campaigns around targeted verticals
• Ability to proactively manage schedule and pipeline to meet milestones, goals, and quotas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
