(formerly Womens Resource Center) of Dillon, MT is currently searching for an Executive Director. Position: Executive Director, full time Salary: $60-65,000 DOE Position is salaried, with benefits The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
(CSC) is a non-profit organization offering support to victims of domestic and sexual violence, stalking, and harassment in Beaverhead and Madison Counties, Montana. CSCs services include emergency shelter, legal and personal advocacy, counseling, legal representation, resource support, and operation of a 24-hour crisis hotline. Under the supervision of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director must demonstrate the ability to work constructively with a Board of Directors to identify and advance the organizations goals. In coordination with the Board of Directors, the Executive Director serves as the administrator of all programs and activities for the agency. Required Qualifications ? Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences, Criminal Justice, Business/Nonprofit Administration, or related field or five years of experience in a related field, or any combination of relevant experience. ? Knowledge of domestic, sexual, and social violence, sex trafficking, and stalking. Preferred Qualifications ? Prior experience managing a nonprofit ? Experience training and managing a diverse group of staff & volunteers to accomplish various tasks such as direct service to the community, fundraising events, administration, etc. ? Experience networking with local communities and groups in Beaverhead & Madison Counties.
