We are seeking a qualified Technician/Front Desk Receptionist to join our Occupational Health team. The ideal candidate will be advanced in their knowledge of drug screens, random drug testing, and physicals with an ability to run solo with our providers. They should also be able to work under pressure in fast-paced situations all while maintaining a friendly disposition.

Core responsibilities include:

• Perform drug screens/random drug screens
• Assist physician with physicals
• Perform hearing test
• Perform spirometry test
• Perform breathalyzer test
• Must be available for after-hours/on-call drug screening and breath alcohol
• Assist answering phones and scheduling patients for physicals and drug testing
• Assist the front desk
• Quality control - verify correct cases are dropped for billing
• Chart prep
• Other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills & Experience

• Candidate must have a High School Diploma
• DOT Certification - Current
• Breathalyzer Certification - Current
• Candidate should be familiar with EMR
