American Orchards Senior Living is Hiring a Community Relations Director Near Gilbert, AZ

American Orchards Senior Living is looking for a Community Relations Director! Core Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Community Relations Director include, but are not limited to, fulfilling the company's mission, vision, and core value statements while achieving census, revenue, and profit goals as well as building and maintaining valuable referral relationships within the community. The Community Relation Director's primary role consists of effectively marketing the community so that revenue and census goals are met on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate positive relationships with potential residents, advisers and referral partners to create personalized experiences focused on matching needs to community benefits
  • Develop and carry a successful marketing plan in order to reinforce the brands reputation, optimize revenue, census, and ROI on advertising activities
  • Drive lead generation, manage and convert leads to move-in's in a successful and effective manner
  • Ensure that all leads, and marketing activities are entered and tracked in the company's CRM to successfully manage leads and convert leads to residents
  • Plan and participate in community and local events, professional groups, etc.
  • Work with Executive Director for a successful resident transition by assisting with each resident move-in
  • Maintain working knowledge of competitors "competitive advantage" to assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies and action plans to include completing a competitive analysis bi-annually
  • Foster a culture of compassion and people-focused care
  • Availability to meet with prospective residents and/or prospects during normal operating hours, evenings and weekends as needed
  • Effectively administers and participates in "Manager on Duty" program

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
  • Sales - inside and outside experience preferred
  • Strong commitment to importance of proactive sales and marketing as it relates to community occupancy
  • Strong customer service track record with measurable results
  • Strong computer, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently; be self-motivated and goal directed
  • Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and rights and privacy of others
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment in a friendly and professional manner
  • Creates a positive environment, which encourages creative, positive problem solving and overall job satisfaction for team members
  • Demonstrate exemplary attitude, work ethic, and unwavering integrity
  • Contribute to an incredible customer service experience
  • Ability to relate well to residents and their families
  • Have a neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance
  • Must be drug free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
