AMERICAN NATIONAL SKYLINE is Hiring a Window Washing/Power Washing Technician Near Indianapolis, IN
American National Skyline, Inc is currently hiring Window Washing and Power Washing Technicians for our Indianapolis Office. We are looking for Individuals that are Highly Motivated and Result Driven. Your Compensation is based on the amount of work you run.
Benefits: Great Pay as well as Health Insurance, 401K, Paid Holidays and Paid Vacations
Employment type: Full TimeStarting Pay: Up to $20 per hour during 1st 2 weeks of training with $400 sign on BONUS after 1 Month
WINDOW WASHERS AND POWER WASHING TECHNICIANS NEEDED!!
Compensation: Full Time technicians have the potential to make $35,000-$50,000 a year. Some made even more last year. The more driven you are, the more MONEY you will make!
Those that have excelled at this position exhibit these qualities...1. Love working outside- Sure, the elements can be nasty sometimes, but the thought of being in an office cooped up all the time sounds worse.
2. Absolute integrity- You're given a lot of freedom at this job by being on your own route; we have to trust you. If little white lies are acceptable, this isn't the place for you. We don't like babysitting.
3. Team player- We hate gossip. We like those that notice problems and find solutions, not just complain about them.
4. Actively growing- I'm not talking your waistline here. We want to help you be what you are already becoming professionally and personally.Experience a plus, but not necessary. We will train those candidates that are motivated and ready be a part of our TEAM.
