Must Haves:

• Must speak Spanish
• Must be able to effectively communicate with landscape account managers and property managers to understand client needs.
• Ensure that job site quality and appearance meet clients’ needs and standards.
• Assist head field supervisor, including the coordination of all materials, people, and equipment, required to produce quality work.
• Work with head field supervisor to monitor overtime and successful installations.
• Inspect properties, before, during and after installation to verify the installation meets AMS standards.
• Manually assists crews with installations, if necessary to meet work and scheduling demands.
• Enforce American Mulch’s policies and procedures related to proper upkeep and maintenance, storage, use, and training required for branch equipment.
• Provide hands-on training and support of crew members, including proper operation of equipment, safety, and quality standards.
• Focus on safety and monitor safety records.
• Maintain and manage all required paperwork.
• Relay inventory levels to the manufacturing department to make sure Orlando yard is adequately stocked.
• Work closely with mechanical department to learn and understand how to troubleshoot blower trucks onsite.
