Administrator - SNF/LTC - Located in Pawtucket, RI

Salary: $140K range based on experience

Responsibilities of the Administrator - Nursing Home :

• Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.

Requirements of the Administrator:

• Must have Rhode Island Administrator License

  Must have prior experience as an Administrator in long term care

  Must be a self-starter and energetic

  Proven Leadership & Management Skills

  Strong verbal & written communication skills
