Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our business, including team management, cash handling, food production, inventory control, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support
- Oversee daily operations, including food production, coffee preparation, and catering services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and ingredients
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvement

Skills:
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and possess excellent numerical skills
- Extensive knowledge of food production processes and the ability to maintain quality standards
- Experience in the coffee industry is a plus
- Understanding of inventory control principles and ability to manage stock levels effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices and customer service techniques
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and staff
