Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Printing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining flexographic printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.

Duties:

- Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses

- Monitor print jobs to ensure quality and consistency

- Perform color management and make adjustments as needed

- Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process

- Collaborate with the prepress team to prepare printing plates

- Troubleshoot printing issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment

- Follow job specifications to meet client requirements

- Ensure efficient production while maintaining high standards of safety

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Flexographic Printing Operator preferred

- Knowledge of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) systems for machine operation

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for layout design and print advertising

- Understanding of typography and color theory for print materials

- Ability to fabricate printing plates and perform prepress tasks

- Experience in quality control processes within a printing environment

- Forklift certification is a plus
