Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in a timely manner
- Follow dietary restrictions and special instructions when preparing meals
- Ensure food is handled and stored safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed
- Collaborate with other dietary staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food preparation or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and meal preparation
- Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines accurately
- Strong time management skills to ensure meals are prepared on schedule
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with residents, staff, and visitors
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Please note that this position is within the Dietary Department of our facility, and it involves working in a kitchen setting to provide food service to our residents.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
