Join Our Team as an LPN – Full Time, Weekend Shifts Only!
Are you a compassionate and dedicated LPN with a passion for providing excellent care to residents? We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for weekend shifts. Work full time over the weekend! (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 12-hour shifts).
Our team is a caring, energetic group of professionals who provide top-notch care for our residents. Our compassion for the residents extends to one another and we work hard to foster a healthy, fun environment for our staff.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Administer quality care to meet the total needs of residents.
  • Assist with medication administration, handling, and storage.
  • Monitor vital signs and weight of residents.
  • Assist with resident move-in and move-outs and discharge planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all written policies and procedures that govern the operation of the Resident Services Department.
To be considered for the position, you must have the following:
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current Unencumbered LPN license in the state.
  • 2 years of nursing experience, preferably with experience in long-term care or geriatrics.
  • Experience with dementia residents preferred.
  • Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
  • Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of older adults.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Exceptional staff training and customer service skills.
  • Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, TB test, and physical.
