We are looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team and provide quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient, hospice and palliative medicine, and be able to demonstrate a commitment to patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medications, providing patient education, monitoring vital signs, and providing support for patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Assess and monitor patient's condition and document changes in the patient's health status.
• Educate patients and families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and hospice & palliative medicine.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Perform diagnostic tests as ordered by the physician.
• Maintain patient records in accordance with state regulations.

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $35.00 per hour
