Permanent P/T, M-F, 9:00 am. to 12:30 pm., plus one evening per month, or as required, to take minutes for Board of Trustees meetings. General office skills, customer services skills and computer skills essential. Must know how to use Microsoft excel and word. Provide high level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Responsible for supervising and training assistant office employees. Real estate experience a plus.
Experience with creating agendas and minutes a plus.
Background investigation/bonding required.
Experience: 12 months.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
